Most orders require 48 hours to turn around. Please keep this in mind when selecting and planning an order. If you need something sooner, please reach out to us.
Pick Up
For complimentary in-store pick-up, select the “Pick-Up” option at checkout. Pick up is available at our South End Studio on Thursdays and Fridays 1 pm to 7 pm.
Delivery to Greater Boston Area:
Delivery Service is Monday - Friday, 9 am-5 pm. Weekend delivery is very limited. If weekend delivery is required, please reach out to us.
Order details and delivery date will be confirmed via e-mail once payment is received.

Return Policy for Live Plants:
Acceptance of our plant products at the time of receipt is considered proof of good health and survivability. Because live plants are subject to variable conditions, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund. Please take into consideration elements such as lighting, watering routine, maintenance, and environmental factors prior to your purchase with Orly Khon Floral. An Orly Khon Floral associate will advise you on care instructions upon purchase, at which point the client assumes full responsibility for the health and upkeep of their plant(s). Orly Khon Floral agrees to provide healthy and outstanding live product but does not assume liability for the plants once delivered to the client’s home.
