ONLINE Orders

Most small orders require a minimum of 48 hours turn around. Weekend order fulfillment is extremely limited and is not available at this time without prior confirmation via email. Please keep this in mind when selecting and planning an order. If you need something sooner, please reach out to us.

Pick Up

Complimentary pick-up is available at our South End Studio Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm, excluding major holidays, by appointment only.

Delivery to Greater Boston Area:

Delivery Service is Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. If weekend delivery is required, please reach out to us. We cannot guarantee weekend availability.
If for any reason your preferred delivery date is unavailable, we will reach out via email to confirm rescheduling.

Return Policy for Live Plants:

Acceptance of our plant products at the time of receipt is considered proof of good health and survivability. Because live plants are subject to variable conditions, we’re not able to offer a guarantee or refund. Please take into consideration elements such as lighting, watering routine, maintenance, and environmental factors prior to your purchase with Orly Khon Floral. An Orly Khon Floral associate will advise you on care instructions upon purchase, at which point the client assumes full responsibility for the health and upkeep of their plant(s). Orly Khon Floral agrees to provide healthy and outstanding live product but does not assume liability for the plants once delivered to the client’s home.
